While watching the first Star Wars parody, Blue Harvest, from the creators of Family Guy, I was struck by the originality of the "episode". Just seeing Peter as Han Solo, Brian as Chewbacca, , among others, was enough to bring a smile to my face. It was one thing to develop those characters on a weekly TV series, but a whole different thing entirely to take that character development and use it to make fun (and pay tribute to) the first Star Wars film.
the Family Guy team sends-up The Empire Strikes Back. Since that first shock-value of seeing all our favorite characters in the Star Wars universe is gone, it is more up to the jokes than ever, as sight gags just weren't going to cut it anymore. With that being said, this entry into the FG cannon performs about as well as anything else...some jokes are brutally offensive, others fall completely flat, and still others are so funny that you'll be chuckling out loud and almost miss the next one! Really, the success of the TV show stems from the fact that creator Seth McFarlane and Co. know no bounds in terms of poking fun at anything and everything, and that is once again the case here.
Basically, this was another funny little entry into the FG universe (literally!) that does pretty much what it is supposed to do. Fans of the show will eat it up (awkward moments and all), while non-fans will probably find it offensive and turn it off.

I love their first album! Followed closely by Dulaman and Clannad 2... then it jumps from Magical Ring, Lore, and Legend. I really haven't listened to Sirius so I cannot say what that one is like. Landmarks is decent too.

I have a very tresured childhood memory of watching Robin of Sherwood and that wonderful soundtrack begins to play.. hence, my favourite Clannad album is Legend, always..

Hi, all!
I've bought the remastered version from the Clannad album "Lore" last week. The cover of this album is more beautiful than the other one I think because I like pictures of landscapes. It inspires me to make a drawing of it.

I am listning to Sirius right now and am actually wondering why I never listened so much to it before. I think the album has some wonderful vocals on it. Máires voice is very powerful and seems almost free on the album, something that is lacking on most other albums. And there are some good rythms too. Definately different!

This album Macalla is absolutely haunting, its like watching a storm approaching from a hill. You admire the beauty and majesty, anticipating the storm surrounding you and cradling your soul.. Living way up here in the mountains the music os Clannad can create a world.. Magical Ring is also very special to me.

I adore them all, but I think the one I love best is Magical Ring. I now make my 2 year old daughter listen to Clannad music and she loves it too!!

After the question about our favourite Clannad Song, what about our favourite Clannad album???
Again a difficult question, I know. After long and careful consideration my vote goes to Lore.
The reason: there is just no weak track on this album! I love all the songs, especially Farewell Love.
