New posts Christmas Angels - Posted by Brendon_the_Navigator
Hello, I have searched, and searched, all over the internet and have discovered no trace, whatsoever, of the lyrics for "Christmas Angels" which is a song that I love very much. Does anyone have an idea as to what they are saying, at least in the chorus? It is the only part that makes no sense to me, and I wondered if they're speaking in Gaelic. They are probably not, but still I cannot understand what they say. I am a person who loves singing with the music he listens to, so it is always frustrating when you don't know the words to the song. Please, if anyone knows the lyrics, reply to this post. Thank you.

New posts Strange Land - Posted by Vicki
Hi, this may have already been discussed, but if so, I missed it! A few folk in the Robin of Sherwood fandom are trying to fathom the lyrics to Strange Land, off of Legend. There are some available on the web - but we are not convinced they are correct. Any ideas? Thanks a lot, Vicki.

New posts Lyrics and excerpts thereof - Posted by DanFoxDavies
Hello I would like firstly to thank you for some absolutely marvellous work. I thoroughly enjoy Clannad's music (both old and new) and see it as inspirational in many ways. As such, I would like to inquire as to whether I might obtain permission to reproduce some short excerpts of lyrics (usually a few lines, up to a whole verse) from the following songs: Caidé Sin Do'n Té Sin Sunset Dreams Skellig in my book, entitled An Atom Of Freedom, which I am currently in the process of writing. It is a long novel, and the inclusion of these song quotes would serve a purpose of clarification on sources of inspiration, and a suggestion of apt music to listen to whilst reading the story. In no way at any point does the text of the book attempt to defame or devalue Clannad, Moya Brennan, Enya, The Duggans or any other artists or their songs. It is of my personal view that the inclusion of these quotes will both benefit the story by providing an interesting suggestion of music to fit the mood, and benefit Clannad by providing additional marketing. It should of course be pointed out that Clannad will likely not be the only artists whose lyrics are partly featured in this work, and I will also be contacting several other artists and groups in a similar manner. If you have any queries or need clarification, please do not hesitate to ask. Yours Daniel Davies Aspiring Author.
